Textile tapes

P-type measuring strips are particularly inexpensive because they are made of paper. In particular, they are ideal for monitoring temperatures in the textile industry.

P-type measuring strips, equipped with seven to nine temperature indicators, ensure highly accurate results. Using them is also very easy: you simply insert between the liner and the outer fabric. The side with the indicator should be aligned with the outer cloth. The two fabrics can then be pressed together using a textile press. After opening the textile press, the measuring strip can be removed by pulling the outer fabric and the liner slightly apart at the appropriate point.

After removing the heat strip, the temperature can be read from the coloured indicators.

Important: P-type thermobelts must be protected from moisture and dirt, otherwise the measurement results may not be accurate. However, short-term, moderate exposure to steam is not a problem.
